  • Can we buy any coin on Monxx.me?

    Currently we are only supporting BTC and ETH other coins will come soon. Stay connected.

  • Do we have to pay taxes for buying and selling crypto?

    No, there are no taxes charged when you are trading with us. However, while you deposit and withdraw a 5% tax is charged as per UAE Crypto Law. 

  • How can we buy crypto on monxx.me?

    There are 2 ways to buy crypto with us. 1. Directly via debit credit card on our website. 2. By wire Transfer or ATM deposit.  ***Please note once the bank notifies about the deposit amount that is the price rate fixed for you to receive cryptos. If your deposit/withdrawal time lies before 9:00 am or after 7pm then the time of deposit/withdrawal will be based on the market open and close period.***

  • Why am i being charged 10% fees?

    Our fees is only 4.7% and VAT of UAE is 5% so basically total fees for deposit and withdrawl is 9.7% 

  • What are the total fees for deposit and Withdrawal?

    Monxx Fees is 4.7% and UAE VAT fees is 5% so a total of 9.7% will be applicable. Besides this withdrawl/deposit fees of 0.3% is charged. 

  • My questions are not listed what should i do?

    Please contact us with an addtional questions you may have and we will respond them immediate or within 48 hrs.  

  • What are your working timings?

    We are availble as below  Monday To Thursday  9:00 am TO 7:00 pm Friday Half Day 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Saturday - Sunday Weekend  However a skeleton staff is always on duty for emergencies.
